si r as you said I downloaded fast boot and adb but i dont know how to use it please help how to give command to find cid version whether i have to instl it in the phone please tell....thank you

you have to write in command window

fastboot getver all

i have htc desire x t328 e in dead mode. Any one tell me how i install its software. And any one can tell me how we use fastboot and adb for command please provide me video or step by step tutorail.
