I How it happened? Normal use, or you did an upgrade, erased something?

You could try erasing the cache in the Recovery menu, as I see that you could get in the adb/fastboot mode.

It is seen by a computer, if you use the usb data cable, whrn the phone is in the fastboot mode ?

whene customer try to hard reset the device stuck in logo

It's a s-off device, with supercid enabled "11111111" and 1.54 hboot. You could try to install an older RUU, not the latest 605.5, but I'd like some other opinion on this...
