Yes I tried this ROM and end up with no imei and cant fix with anytool and no nvram backup

I have new D820YS devices but its lollipop and cant make root

Yes I have device(820ys) in good conditiond all working and its on lollipop I want root for it

and I have another one same device which flashed to kitkat(820s model) and now invalid IMEI cant repair IMEI I think nvram corrupted because I did format all + download in sp flash tool. cant flash this firmware to 820ys device in download only mode

Instead of format all+ download, you should have chosen firmware upgrade.
If your KitKat is rooted try renaming /data/nvram/ folder and reboot.
If I may ask, do you have a link to a working lollipop firmware for the D820ys?
