Congrats!

We tested on originally GSM locked phone, it does NOT work .

Seems like it works only on originally CDMA locked phones .

Good luck .

Best Regards .

Install SunperSu once again from your custom recovery. Then try to Set proper permissions in superSu.

If you are ON android 4.3 then this error may occur. There is modified APK released for 4.3. Install it from your custom recovery and then use the commands and see the results.

BTW the method stated in this thread ONLY valid for CDMA LTE HTC One only.

If Any One Facing Problem To Unlock Means He Have 4.3 On it But No Worry Simple Process To Unlock On 4.3

1. Download The "Stock With Goodies 4.3 ROM". Don't flash It Wet. link : Stock rooted deodexed 3.04.651.2
2, With An Archive Viewer Like Winzip Open The ROM.zip And Go To /system/app
3. Replace 2 Apps Which I Have Attached: HtcOMADM_SettingsPlugin_SPCS.apk And HtcOMADM_SPCS.apk. Just Drag And Drop And Replace.
4. Finally flash the ROM.
5. Install The HTCOneSIMUnlockHelper And Follow The Onscreen Instructions.

This System Works And This Way You Can be On 4.3 Rom And Still Have An Unlock GSM Sprint Device.

HtcOMADM_SettingsPlugin_SPCS.apk

HtcOMADM_SPCS.apk

Tryed with Terminal Emulator, all ok how the procedure , APN then Simlock, reboot device.

Always no signal, then insert other time sim GSM/Umts Italy, put phone in CDMA mode: ##3424# at first time Full signal, phone Unlocked and for FREE
Note: i've used original Sense 4.1.2 from 4.4.2 Sense 6 but with Radio/Modem .035, other Radio not working good, signal not stable, procedure workink also with KK 4.4.2 tested by me, Who not is in S-OFF cannot Downgrade to 4.1.2 easy.

My Sprint M7, (damaged from an customer that he say have only done Factory Reset how in Samsung ), was S-OFF+Supercid,(not obblygatory S-OFF + Supercid), + bootloader unlocked + TWRP + Rotted, (this obblygatory for Terminal working), all parametry are been setted from the same phone w/o i touch nothing, it's becouse in Gsm-Forum procedure are always in fews steps, in other Development forum X*A, 100 posts and only few peoples has unlocked they devices

This error is when Gsm Sim is Unsupported by "Drop Down" list in the phone, i've tested with success one "Vodafone Gsm Sim", all working perfect, (loock my post), but when i have retryed same procedure with "H3H Gsm Sim" Terminal and Adb have get this error above, so for me this work only with old Operator, with "Tim" working for example.

Not forgot fist of this procedure of put device in CDMA mode, after restart phone can disabilite Cdma Mode but not accept more the Hidden command like: #*#*4636#*#*, becouse can set device from Setting>Data Mobile>Gsm/Umts/Automatic itcc...
