I seem your file , file extension , file format have problem
Anyway, Just copy your file to adb folder no need change name then commends

Just go to adb tab and click to slideload and select your file. Its take time ,Remember, If tools like not responding or hang just wait .... Until done

rom.zip must be in adb folder as I can guess its not ;)

May be yu need to update yur bootloader to wrk vit new version roms or try this use any stable custom kernel frm xda forum nd flash.

For IMEI you need S-OFF phone 1st then you can repair with supported device . 1st try to flash with correct Official rom

Sme times baseband vil become unstable i yu flash new rom vit old bootloader. Try yur cid based nandroid backup nd post result.
