Help HTC one M7


I have been following tutorials for days now just to find Firewater is no longer any good, Now im stuck with CM11 S-ON and need to get back to stock

I have TWRP installed , I know i cant use RUU but i need to get as close to stock as possible to run sunshine , ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT .

Write recovery original and lockbootloader now you can flash Ruu original or use androide backup of you Cid

Thanks for the reply ... 1 last question , which is best way to flash , I have downloaded
Guru_Reset_M7_2.24.401.8 dot zip

this has the recovery file, ( fastboot OR TWRP ? )

im guessing , flash thr recovery via Fastboot , then use the lock command ,, then I can use RUU ?

Ahhhhhh please help !!! I have re locked boot loader and flashed recovery to stock , I have downloaded RUU but it only goes as far as accept License agreement, then the wizard just closes.

If i try to flash through ADB/fastboot from my PC , I get 12 signitures failed

do I have to re-lock the boot loader to flash ? OR do I flash it through fastboot/adb OR TWRP ?

Yu hav to relock yur bootloader if yu want to flash stock rom
flash via fastboot

thank you for all your help , I have 1 last problem then im done , I followed the firewater tutoral and ended up with CM11 , i needed Soff so in installed viper , got Soff using sunsine , BUT i lost my baseband and IMEI , so i re flashed CM11 and all was good again ...I am guessing this is a backward compatablity problem .

what can I do to get as close to stock as possible now IM S-off

s-off for hbot 1.57 only work sunshine for other hboot 1.54 or 1.55 use rumrunner or moonshine
