blackberry destop maneger give run time error,need solution

i use windows xp service pack2,my all softwere work perfect but bb despot maneger give me error every time i connect bb phone to it.i don't understand how to sow this.

i also try this method but noluck:

Removing the DAO.msi component and registering it again resolves this error.

To remove the DAO.msi component, follow these steps:

1. On the taskbar, click Start > Run.
2. In the Run dialog box, type the following:

regsvr32 /u "c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\dao\dao360.dll”
3. Click OK.

To register the DAO.msi component again, follow these steps:

1. On the taskbar, click Start > Run.
2. In the Run dialog box, type the following:

regsvr32 "c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\dao\dao360.dll"
3. Click OK.
