HTC Surround memory card problem
 

HTC Surround memory card problem.
I can see on this forum, there isn't a section for HTC WP7 models and for that reason I've opened this thread. I have a problem with this phone, the memory card is not detected and there is an error message:
"Error
Oops! You have reached the storage limit on your phone"
Inside the phone, there is 16 GB factory memory card. Does someone had this problem and if he has a solution I would be very grateful!

P.S. I've tried every software solutions and they don't work!
