how hardreset htc kais 130...
I try with hold right and left sofkey but no succes.

can you access windows mobile normally?

while device is turned on, press both keys and reset with stylus

hi

put charger or usb cable in your htc then press and hold both softkeys and then press the reset button with the stylus keep holding the softkeys. if it doesnt work keep trying

and dont put a password that you cant even remember
