im been looking for procedure to make a hard reset to this model but i can not find it... i wonder if somebody knows how to do

Press and hold the Option, Sym and Power keys / button simultaneously then release after 3 seconds.

key first pressed pinned "sym" then the "choice"-the one with the box and then white-R key and the power key reset are you friend
