my treo 755 wont work displays multi color screen
 

help help help !!!! my treo 755 wont function...... everytime i turn it on screen goes white, an states in small red letters
Update ROM Image?
YES = <UP>
NO = any other button

then goes to a multi color screen red white green blue all together....
