Other langauges support on hp touchpad

AS WE ALL KNOW THE NEW HP TOUCHPAD RUNS WINOS RANGING FROM 1.5 TO CURRENTLY 3.04 AND THE HIGHEST. MANY LANGUAGES LIKE ARABIC AND URDU ARE NOT YET SUPPORTED BUT THERE ARE WAYS TO INSTALL THE LANGAUGE SUPPORT SO YOUR PAD CAN READ CORRECTLY THE LANGUAGES.

ALL THAT IS REQUIRED IS TO SEND THE REQUIRED PHONES TO THE FONTS FOLDER IN YOUR HP TOUCHPAD.

E.G READING CORRECT ARABIC ON YOUR HP TOUCHPAD. It is as simple as this

If you need arabic, make a search on your system with this .ttf or font, or arabic, in the search results, look foir arabicfont.ttf, i found adobearabic.ttf

Rename it to this exactly HeiS_nb.ttf (case sensitive) send it to your touchpad using webos quickinstall. here is how

First go to java.com and install java on your pc if you dont have, download the webos.jar and just double click it will open and ask you to install monova, click yes and wait until it completes. ( uninstall ovisuite otherwise webosquikinstall will open in ovi suite)

2) Run the "WebOSQuickInstall-4.3.1" file which you just downloaded. You should also be prompted to download Novacom, make sure you do that.
3) You now need to put your TouchPad into Developer Mode; to do this type "webos20090606" in the "Just type..." box and press enter, now switch the Developer Mode to "On".
4) Connect your TouchPad to the PC via USB and run "WebOSQuickInstall-4.3.1" (if it isn't already running) and select "Tools", then select "Send File".
5) Now, locate HeiS_nb.ttf (this is the file you renamed from pc"). Destination should be "/usr/share/fonts/". Send it to the device.

And that's all there is to it. Now all you have to do is restart your device

Same apply to all langauges just look for any font with your langauage.

many virtual keyboards exist.
