You can not read usercode in the palmone.
You can make full reset.
1. Remove the battery cover.

2. Backup your data. You can skip this step if you do not need your data.

3. Using your stylus or a pin, press the Reset button while holding down the Power button.

4. Once you see the round Palm logo, release the Power button. Palm screen is the second screen. The first screen will have a progress bar, if you release the power button at this point, your phone will not complete hard reset.

5. When you are prompted to to press Up to delete all your data, use the volume up button on the left side of the phone.

6. This action will delete all your contacts, calendar, memos, messages, emails, photos, downloaded ringers, added programs and updates, custom settings and even your owner information.

7. Use the stylus to configure the screen, select a region, and wait for everything to get done.
