Member: 916614 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 22 | "An account already exist for this PIN" To check if the PIN/IMEI are valid, I visited RIM website https://bis.eu.blackberry.com/html/ , then connect to O2 uk, Vodafone UK and Orange UK e-mail account links, then I enter into "creat new account". when I typed IMEI/PIN from the back of each device, two of them come with the notice " An account already exist for this PIN" and one with " you device has not registered with network yet..." (I am sure this PIN is workable) (When I typed the IMEI/PIN, I didn't turn on my device and connect to wireless network. But I don't think these two different results were related to this action. ) what's the problem? Does that mean the provider didn't release the PIN or worse  need urgent help! Thanks so much! |
