well, i found this on the net, anyone searching that gets to this thread may find it helpfull.
You have to reflow the controller chip to the left of the trackpad ribbon connector

Hello,

Does anyone have a jumper solution for just the centre button on the trackpad please? some of the board is damaged and I dont know if some of the tracks may be damaged, the connector for the touchpad has been changed, the large IC has been changed and the small IC to the left side of the connector has also been changed, the touchpad works, up, down, left and right all work, however the middle select button doesnt seem to work...

Would really appreciate any help???

dear
black berry phone lock you can open without computer.
when phone ask unlock code punch any code like 222222 repeat this code untill phone asked for write blackberry on security code behalf ,then phone wipe all code and also phone data ,,,,,
