Currently, there's no service to directly find out the network your Z10 is locked to based on imei. Usually based on the MEP, it would be possible to find out the network. So if you can get the MEP... alternatively, you can get the unlock code at a cost. The unlock code can be generated based on imei only, so it doesn't matter what network it's locked to.
