What happen to my bold, I have to full erase with MML, but still same... white lcd with comment "Radio core cat failed!"

What now?

please help.

thats problem is ic rf interface, better u replace the ic.

Its not the RF ic problem, its 100% flash ic problem, just change the flash ic from any scrap blackberry bold. Because blackberry flash chips are not available or try to reball or rehot the ic. In older hardware of blackberry the flash ic is not glued and its so easy to replace but in the new hardware its glued which means its need extra skills in order to remove the glue. Most of the times reballing also works.
