I have Blackberry 8520 Hang Startup logo i try flashing but phone not take flashing .......any body have solution .........

Carry your phone by a professional and he will resolve your problems quickly. Prices are very cheap.
As long as the phone doesn't have any physical problems such as hair line crack on the main board due to falling, squeezing phone etc.. Then to reload your software should not be a problem.
Also go through FAQ and follow guides on how to properly reload software on a BB.

U have Any hardware Solution.............................

Maybe just a full reset. Pull battery and hold power button for 30 seconds

The hardware solution would probably be:

The tech would disassemble the phone and look for any problems under a microscope.
If nothing is found he may decide to heat the board.
Then he would erase the phone with JL Cmder and reinstall the OS.
