how can you force it to update or what to do to fix this problem

which model of bb is it and do you have any lights coming on or it's completely dead. please provide more details.

First: Connect the Blackberry to Any of CrackUtils, BBSAK or JL_Cmder and fully wipe your BB. Download latest Os for your BB the upgrade

SECOND: Check USB connector

when i putting application i am encountered by application wizard problem....can you state what is the defect
