Blackberry 9900 MEP code

So i am using the polar box 3 atm and i usually unlock bb in a jiffy but i came across the 9900 which had no MEP code i tried to find it manually but does not have, there is a PRD code which is 40765007 and IMEI 3568400042767136 this is T-Mobile USA, anyone knows how to convert the PRD to MEP?

Please and thank you
