do you have itunes? after update that stopped bb link?

bb link also stopped working on windows 8.1.
cleaned installed bb link, still stop working message as it is opening.
please any solution

Hi guys, i solved this problem by following these steps,
1.Turn on Show hidden files and folders
2.Navigate to C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\
3.Rename the iTunesPrefs XML file file to iTunesPrefs.old

Once done start BB Link and it should be working
