Z10 - BBM Issue - GSM-Forum

I got the new Blackberry Z10

Problem with it is that the BBM is not working, Sim has blackberry package and working on other bb phones.

When I open BBM, it shows cannot connect to BBM Server.

Any solutions or advices ?

You should have BB10 Advance Blackberry services, Ask from your carrier that you are using BB10 device.

I'll never understand why people come to this forum for help when they should be contacting the carrier.

You don't need Blackberry Package anymore. Just tier to ANY dataplan

There is two services. Specialy for BB10.

1. Blackberry Advanced
2. Blackberry Standard.
