why my mfi can't connect to the phone............not respond...........I do all the step instalation.....but until now i cant use my mfi.....anyone cant help

I download MFI Multiloader and extracted the zib folder to my desktop.
when i double click MML.exe inside the Bin folder nothing open and software does not show.

What could be the problem please?
