i have try to flash the phone but say unknow device
if it hardware please how to repairs this problem mates

i think its not hardware problem ,

connect the phone to pc without battery if the pc detected then need to update the set firmware

first wipe ur set with jl_cmder......then install os again

i have try without battery it show USB-PIN UKNOWN and after it dectect
with pin and battery cross but still can flash

this informatoin is not clear for you if not pleas dont think to fix blackberry and take it back to the costomer you want picturs for this operation i dont think you find the half of my post in ovr the world
