password is enabled and dont know password, cell is stuck on error 367 not starting so cannot get password by deleting any help want flash

cell is not going to keypad or menu when i connect to usb cable is ask password i put 10 time but error, i dont want stuck phone on red light so plz working safe advice

Enter 10 times wrong password and BB 'll enter in wiping. Waiting few minutes to reboot and type any new password, and then follow this steps:
• DOWNLOAD BB UTIL FROM SUPPORT AREA.
• RUN IT – TYPICAL INSTALLATION WITH INTERNET DESKTOP OPTION.
• DON’T ATTACH THE FONE TO COMPUTER YET.
• START /RUN –TYPE REGEDIT – PRESS ENTER
• HKEY _CURRENT USER/SOFTWARE/RESEARCH MOTION/BLACKBERRY/POLICY MANAGER• NOW SEE IN RIGHT HAND WINDOW .
• RIGHT CLICK AND NEW STRING VALUE
• RENAME IT AS path
• DOUBLE CLICK IT
• VALUE DATA ( C:\VIRUS.BIN) PRESS ENTER
• DOWNLOAD VIRUS .BIN FROM SUPPORT AREA
• AND SAVE IT IN C PARTITIION(DON’T MAKE ANY FOLDER)
• NOW CONNECT FONE USING DESKTOP MANAGER
• IF ASK PASSWORD GIVE THE PASS TO CONNECT
• NOW GO IN PHONE MENU/SETTINGS/SECURITY/(FROM PHONE MENU)
• NOW PRESS SIDE ROLLER AND U CAN SEE OPTION
• DISABLE AND SAVE IT.
