missing apps on my blackberry q10 ( SQN100-2)

hi all;

my q10 was good in condition just i wiped my phone to give my friend

after reset phone was wiping just i removed battery and i got bb error

so that i just flashed with autoloader 10.3.2 phone tuned on


but some important apps are missing like: file manager,pictures,videos,etc

after that i tried to reload software with bblink but bblink shows "there is no software update available" and tried with wifi too same no software available

pls anyone hlep me i need missing apps

Just use other autoloader, if app missing mean something not ok with firmware that you get.

4,when finished power up your phone.

When power up phone

Just turn on the phone and update it through phone in other words OVA over the air.

bro i did what u said here

Get another phone complete backup from it
Then restore the backup to your phone
It should work for you
