Please advice what error is this of MFI ? - GSM-Forum

I'm stuck with this error i tried to reinstall but still getting same error please advice.

this is a problem due to net framework, if you haven't installed it to your PC, so it is necessary for MFI multiloader for working perfectly, otherwise try to réinstalle it or change to other PC
