8900 gets signal then goes to SOS. - GSM-Forum

I have a brand new recondtioned 8900. It came as replacement from 02 uk. Now I out the phone up for sale in my shop. It was in the window for few weeks until it sold. But when I put the simcard in the phone to show the guy it was working it getsa signal then it goes to SOS, now it was working fine when it out it in the window it was fine. I've checked the phone with checkmend and its not blocked. Ive wiped it and reinstalled it but still the same.

Has anyone had this before? Is they a way to fix it?
