Directories of MML - GSM-Forum

Can anybody how did succesfully unlock BB via Harald software tell me : in which directories must be placed SFI folder? ive 2 time unlocked

after reflash DM - still locked - WHY? Then soft show : MFI file not found - i move MFI folder from C:\MML to C:\MML\HHFiles and it was solved. now i think SFI folder in wrong place, i make myself sfi file as sad ooxtcoo 8700-v4.5.0.124_P2.7.0.92.sfi and dont now where it must to be so in which directories must be placed SFI folder?
