Prefetch exception
 

I need a help,I hv black berry 7230 that wright 'Device error 305 reset' and when ever I want to flash it wt desktop manager it wl not go nd turn to wright 'prefetch exception reset'then on the desktop manager it wl wright unable to connect during the multi-stage ... plz can any one who knows the solution help me.I hv used the mfi to erase it and used appliation laoder but it didn't work.
