unable to upload software in bb 9630
 

my 9630 when i put battery after red light clock rollimg comes on it then it reboots i tried to update it with blackberry desktop and on line after erasing and loading first file on intilisation it failed .need help friends.

1st full erase than try to flash

tried to wipe with it after red screen on jl it goes in normal condtion within seconds and problem remains same.

Agree 100% with this advice, it does work.

You have a classic "re boot loop" situation.

Try again with JL cmder, then make sure you have the correct OS installed for your phone on your computer.

When you have this done, remove the "Vendor.xml" file, its location will be here...c:\program files\common files\Research in Motion\ Apploader\

Its the last file in the folder.

When this is done, re install the OS onto your phone by using the "Loader" option in the "Apploader" folder, you can't miss it, looks like a small phone.
