DHRU Support - Extremely Bad - No Replies [Not the DHRU Support Area] - GSM-Forum

I am having problem with my site for over two days now. My site is only displaying white page and I sent them over 10 emails (support tickets) which I am still waiting to be answered.

I realised that my support and maintenance license expired and I thought that must be the reason for it to be not working. So, I immediately paid $312.46 to renew my support and maintenance license. But, Even after two days of renewing it, it has not made any difference.

I even gave them a call to the number they display on their Paypal invoice but no one is bothered to pick up that phone.

Not sure what to do now?, other then put this message onto as many sites as possible including facebook, digg, etc so that other people considering to use dhru are aware of their ridiculous service.

Anyone know of any alternative to DHRU?

use Naksh Soft ,he offers good support and cheaper price

Dhru your system is very good

but support is super bad

reality have to fix it yourself

I have had many problem solving and term end it myself

also I have problem with my web
and I've been working myself
