Cant play multiplayer game in ps4?
 

just bought a ps4 from my friend, i was playing wwe2k19, it works fine, when i tried to multiplayer, i cant play. Dual shock controller is connected but it says parental control doesn't allow this content to play. I tried checking the settings and found parental controls but unable to play gain, i tried after turning on temporarily disable parental controls but still the game is not allowing me. Please any one help me. Its a new PS4 got it on nov 2019.

Do you have problems playing any other PS4 game online? Is your account an primary user or like a "child" or sub account on the console?

Did you buy the ps subscription?

I've been having issues with PSN all weekend. Connection speed been slow and multiplayer issues. Have run speed tests on other hardware and there fine so it's not my end. PlayStation though when testing connection is displaying very low download and upload speeds
