Firmware Update Fails for Ko-W5000 Mp5 Game(Action chip atj2279b)

Hello folks, Recently bought ko w5000 mp5 game console.

New firmware offers more emulators, builtin games and angry birds UI
Downloaded updated firmware .fw + builtin folder file form maker website along with Media player product tool 5.4 for flashing the gadget.

Followed steps given to flash the console but updating firmware gets stuck at 10% every time, even let it on for more than 2 hours and finally it says fail and disconnets.

Steps I followed
1)start tool 5.4 > settings > Plus data to hide area >ok
2)tool 5.4> import firmware file> AIKO_W5000_2279B_0307_AngryBirdsUI_9Dictionary_NOF M.fw >ok >replace> ok >
Connected w5000 via usb cable
Shows device connected 2
3)Select <Download> (then I check 5.4 tool folder to see log file and I notice that it makes 2 .img files)
4)5.4 tool makes two .img files as shown in picture
5)5.4 tool then goes to 10% progress but gets stuck
6) see attached LOG file of 5.4 tool.

Can anyone Please help me. I am caught in translation when i contact the makers customer support and its not helping much.

Help from Admin or senior pros, Please!!!

Ok, I did a lot of reading and searching around and found that the firmware I was trying to install was incompatible with my specific mobo and camera chip, even though I got the upgrade firmware from the manufacturer customer support.

My Original firmware=
W5000+ 2279B-0838-20120814 NOfm(带3D SP1跟学习改白屏).fw

My desired firmware update=
W5000_2279B_0307_AngryBirdsUI_9Dictionary_NOFM.fw

After repeated failures I opened up my console and found that my camera model is 0838 and the desired fw has driver for 0307

Is there a tool that I can use to mod ATJ2279b firmware to include my camera driver???
Do i need to add drivers for RAM/ROM chips too???
How can I do this???

From what i gather, I need atj2279b specific tool to edit firmware, Right?

Wink

I'VE solved for you, maybe.
You must use [z][o][o][m]ATJ2259 tool.
It's a editor that allows to change ".drv" inside firmware.
Seems to work with 2279 too.
Please upload me this firmware

W5000_2279B_0307_AngryBirdsUI_9Dictionary_NOFM.fw

somewhere.
I've my console with 0307 sensor, so i can pimp it.
And if you want, i can fix it for you to 0838

Another thing: how about boot mode?
