some mp4 players show only busy icon on screen when try to power on but do,nt turn on......is that software problem ? ? ?

Sir I have download all files but I don't Know how to flash I had tryed to FRM Pro setup_v1.2.0.1 to this software but nothing happen. so Please give me the solution of Flashing.
