there is oepning an browser based download manager and at them finisched you can save the file.

only app has not 2,4 giga in rar archive.
not crypted has 3 gb so it is complete with cards and works at my galaxy s4.

For U.S.A and Canada 1.2 .apk and Map [2.29GB]:

the part03 link is not working, saying
"Sorry, the server hosting the file you are requesting is currently down for maintenance. Please check back soon." The links to other parts seem OK.

Could this be fixed?
