tom tom iq routes white screen (hardware) - GSM-Forum

hi i have searched but cannot find an answer i an getting a white screen, i have 2 spare screens changed still same. changed ribbon connector same. held power button for debug still white screen. when i go on home 2 it shows tomtom screen and voice works but nothing displaying. is there a display ic ?

Have you tried a hard reset, followed by the tt clear flash tool?

yes tried that as well brother. when i open tomtom home go into operate my device it shows map touch screen works. but just white screen on tomtom.
