N73 + Tomtom
 

Hi Guys, I've been reading the forum the best part of the afternoon to try and find what tomtom I should go with and the maps and such and to somebody who has never done it before, it's quite confusing.

I thought I'd make a new post here asking for a bit of help instead of filling the already busy threads.

The basic problem:

I need to know what version I should be aiming for (or what is best for today's roads)

Which map versions work with which versions, I've seen a lot of maps with things like 6.75 but there is no version 6.75 tomtom.

Tools needing for installing the software (Patches and such).

Any information on the subject would be greatly apreciated ;)

I think the latest software version for TomTom is 6.02 that will work on your Nokia. You should find the software on here somewhere.

6.75 is the latest map versions that will work with this fine.

I can try and get you a map if you tell me which country your after.

Cheers mate, once I fit this new screen I'll be sorted.

Is there a recommend way to install these maps to the phone, or maybe a guide I can follow?
