i have receive MRT dongle today and Meizu pro 6 plus it's my first phone with it

but software not detecte phone in fastboot perhaps it's driver problem.

in devices manager phone is detected as Alctale phone it's normal ?!

the device is locked with password
not recognized as MTP device when the phone is power on
in recovery ask password to hard reset, recognized as USB stick
in fastboot detected as ALCATEL PHONE

what's a solution ?!

Look device manager usb no detect already. Press / hold vol - and connect usb

Press vol- and power and immediately connect phone to pc. Phone must be powered off.

tried many time, but i got only fastboot like this pic

I have succeeded flash phone to access menu and activate debug USB
but software not detect phone in any mode
* MTP
* PTP
* ADB
* fastboot
no ways !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Conect phone in fastboot mode. Press START in MRT. Start cmd.exe, enter adb devices. MRT start ADB service and see you phone. Tested NOW.
