I offer users a MRT themselves to create a practical guide on how to use.
I ask all to correct and supplement this manual, the only proven solution!

Start.

1.MRT work requires an internet connection, all the errors at startup are related to his lack of or poor quality.

Work.

1. Xiomi Note 3 Pro (kenzo)

User Lock.
a) Select Xiaomi tab / Unlock password BL Lock phones
b) Enter phone in recovery mode.
Power off. Press volume + and Power key, after the logo appears release the power button, after entering the recovery release the volume + button, if not, check the connection, the command "adb devices" answer should be "adb sideload"

Remove Account (Acc)

MRT team said "World First All Of Xiaomi New Device 2015 up to 2016
MRT Dongle Supported for Password Removal". So you need a detailed description of the algorithm in the performance, it will help promote the program and release the support of the need to respond to basic questions.

Xiomi Note 3 Pro (kenzo)

Remove Account (Acc)
Step 1

Quite simple step actually:
I assume all drivers are installed properly (CHECK!)

1. Don't open MRT yet, keep it close
2. Plug the cable into the phone, and put it on EDL mode
3. Make sure it's properly detected in device manager
4. Open MRT, pick Redmi Note 3 from drop down list
5. Finally click Remove Account

Done, turn it on, enable adb, and proceed Remove APK steps.

Step 2

No need root at all. Windows 10 suported.
Better using version 7.3.2 for higher success rate, especially for Note 3 Pro

Enable USB debuging, get user permissions from phone .

1. Make sure adb driver that installed in your system is the latest one.
2. Don't open MRT yet
3. Enable ADB in the phone (you know how to do this one)
4. Plug the cable into the phone, make sure phone properly detected in the device manager
5. Open ADB CMD prompt, and type adb devices, look at your phone screen, there should be an ADB notification ask for manual permission
6. Dont forget to TICK (always give) and click OK to allow it
7. Open MRT, finally click Remove APK

Xiaomi M3s Mi account deleted (ver. 1.55)
1. Downgrade to land_global_images_V7.5.8.0.MALMIDE_20160712.0000. 26_6.0_global
2. Enable USB debugging in developer options and OEM unlock (optional)
3. Enable instaliations from unknown sourses
4. Connect phone and allow debugging autorisations, disconect!
5. Run MRT
6. Click "Remove APP"
7. Connect phone

After flashing china 7.3 from support MRT was removed two apk as on screenshot from post 13:

But:
- now I can't reset phone,
- can't update phone,
- no market,
- no any languages except English and China.

Is it really solution that cost 100$?

Its just need to fix ! let me know which tool can do like MRT Dongle for redmi note 4 and redmi 3/3x/ etc
