and you can use mrt mtk tools for flash it

how to flash it;mrt run it,and select mtk tools
in the mtk tools select write flash,and select scat file,then click start!!!
if software hand,you can try to tick the oppo only and try again
it will be success!!!

if you want flash it just power off and hold vol up and down.connect then it will be ib 9008 driver then flash
