Hi team why i can not flash i can select file when i press start nothing happening?
phone is fastboot mode already

You can't flash in fastboot mode, you must be in edl mode to flash

1.Turn your phone off
2.Hold volume+ and volume- together and insert cable then the phone will be in edl mode then you can flash with mi flash tool.

If U Want To Fastboot flash Then Need to Unlock Bootloader

Put Phone On EDL Model Then Flash Easly

thanks for reply but some how i can not put phone in EDL mode i try what u say but soon as i plug the cable in to the phone phone turn on i open phone disconnect battery and try as well doing same thing.is there any other way i can do?

I spend the same with this module mount the file but it does not start flas and tried with several models but even so I see they do not correct that problem

hi use XiaoMiFlash.exe and use this file Note3 qualcomm V8.0.1 unlock file_2
from MRT support put phone in hs usb mode (EDL mode)
then open software click on refresh then select file and strat
i fix my phone use xiao mi flasher
