press start on s/w then shrt test point like shown on image then connect usb to phone if phone vibrate then test point is not sort to ground properly ( and u can seee the com port vanish soon) if u do short TP correct then other com port appear with diff starting with MTK and s/w do its work i tryed many time 4 to 5 time to connect correctly its hard but i dont it will work for u also | |
