Actually for that type can be 3 / 32GB can be deleted by way of format + download with SPFT, and imei rewritten with MAUI Meta .. better imei backed up use MAUI Meta before the device is in execution
You can login again with micloud account
However, the 3 / 64GB type with the method is highly unlikely
Can be removed using existing firmware supported by MRT (only bypass, micloud account can not login)

after flash with MRT file,micloud can be bypass..just click Remove Apk

Becarefully with Format+download SPFT
