Member: 209265 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Apple Repair Team Leader (UK) Reports to: Head of Repair Department/Section: Repair Centre Purpose of the job: Responsible for workload and performance of engineers covering full diagnostics and repairs whilst working with a high level of precision and quality Duties and Responsibilities - Support and develop a team of Technicians by providing regular Team Briefs, One to One meetings, Reviews and Appraisals. - Manage the training and development of the team, identifying training needs and making arrangements to see that the necessary training is undertaken and required outcomes are delivered. - Prepare work rotas and timesheets for payroll purposes. Receive, diagnose, repair, refurbish and upgrade of Apple Electronic Devices as required - Prepare an estimation cost of repair and give feedback where necessary. - Carry out all repair procedures in line with the company guidelines. - Ensure the quality is always implemented and maintained throughout the repair cycle – champion brand values at all time. - Plan production and ensure that production and quality targets are met in accordance with business targets and customer SLA’s. - Be responsible for the correct and regular entry of all requested data. - Communicate latest repair bulletin, news and information to all concerned in a timely manner. - Attend all training programmes as required and show progression. - Actively contribute to the Repair Centre objectives at all times ensuring all key performance indicators and targets are achieved. - Maintain a professional approach at all times. - Maintain a clean and organised work station at all times. - Uphold policy in relation to security and misuse of company property. - Identify and meet the needs and expectation of the customer through the application of the skills and knowledge acquired for the role and deliver exceptional customer service. - Undertake any other duties that are relevant to the job as requested by the Repair Centre Manager. The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post. Key Skills Requirements - Experience in repairing Electronic Devices within an authorised service environment at Level 2 standards. - Strong organisational skills - Capable of controlling stock movement and inventory - Ability to motivate staff and encourage strong team ethic - Adaptable to multiple systems both internal and external - IT literate with good excel skills Applicants must have right to work in UK.
