I post here and put in touch with the company. Once contact is made they explain all. In the UK in this time is very easy to sponsor persons if the process is followed, must pass the English test. (of course not guarantee example person has crinal history)

The company will explain the process and time. They have engineers who once apply take 6-12 weeks to get approved. Right now successful applications are completed from India, Pakistan, Romania, the Philippines, Vietnam. These people already settled in the UK and working.

Uk is open to "skilled worker" we know relamination, motherboard level repair, software are classed as skilled worker.

All sponsors can be found on home office website, so anyone worried can check the status of the company with the UK home office.

I wish I discovered this post sooner. I used to struggle with finding a job, and these times were pretty hard for me. But then, I managed to find this platform, and it turned out to be a really cool website with thousands of great offers. I think you could even place your vacancy there, and many people would find it and apply for it.

Cost of sponsorship is £5,000. So its important before we progress this further you confirm you are able to pay this, It would be paid as follows:

£2,500 upfront
£2500 to be paid once we agree to give a job.

We will provide a certificate of sponsor ship, and offer of employment letter and employment contract.

With this you then apply online for visa on your passport and you will need to sit an english test.

Sponsorship is valid upto 5 years (if you maintain your employment) after which you can apply for Permanant Residency in the UK

Salary for the role £26,500 per year.
