Try code 2945#*# then press 6 for full reset & use infinity box just fomat it your problam is solved

If not done with infinity. Then flash it , even eeprom.

i have one c2500 in which the problem is without sim it shows SIM access error and with sim it hangs on starting screen ?

what to do
?

please help ..

same problem with me already tested all these methods but no success. my phone powers on with sim but powers off again phone is ok with out simcard....

need urgent help...............
