LG V10 Boot Loop Data Recovery

I have a LG V10 that was boot looping and is now completely dead. Is there any way to get the data off the phone?

Some options:

1. Wait for LG to release a KDZ with big cores disabled, like they did for G4.
2. Reball CPU.
3. Remove the eMMC, dump it and extract the data.

Alright i went ahead and ordered a stencil to reball the CPU. Also is the eMMC tied to the CPU like it is in iPhones. Also if i were to remove the eMMC and dump it what is the best way to extract the data.
