I had the same problem, and the solution was to do a reset after unlock via ##786# + SPC, and also a hardware reset using Vol Up + Power menu. It's rarely a hardware problem, but your diagram doesn't show EXACTLY which side of the caps you have to measure the voltage on, it's confusing. Try to make another diagram and point to the exact legs of the caps. | |
