LG G5 not powering up

Hi ,

There's LG G5 H850 that is completely dead, not powering, not charging.

Phone came to me with smashed screen.

Did the following jobs:
Replaced screen, replaced the usb charging flex port, replaced the battery, cleaned the motherboard with isopropyl 99.9%.

Phone still dead, nothing comes on the display, not showing any charging, not recognized with the computer when plugged into the usb with cable.

Tried several chargers, cables and nothing, tried booting up with holding vol up and vol down buttons.

I need to fix this phone, what else can I do?
Initially when screen was replaced I noticed Orange light blinking when charging and then completely nothing.
Tried holding power button to drain phone, nothing helps.
It looks like phone would not receive any power, but with new battery it should power cause it's not flat or discharged battery.
It's not showing any sign of charging when connected to the charger.

I don't see any damage on the motherboard, however it could be a power ic or sth.

Has anybody any idea what that could be?
I'd really appreciate Your help hence bought and replaced so many things and phone still bricked.
